I joined this site in hopes of finding someone who is willing to build a friendship and work towards establishing a Long Term Relationship leading to marriage. I live in the USA about 90 miles west of Washington DC, in Shepherdstown WV. More about me; I’m 48 with my own business, I’m divorced, no children, have 2 labs and cats, and I own my home. Where I live, is more in the country, with beautiful mountains and lakes all around, it takes about 2 hours by car to go to Washington DC.
I am a very old fashioned kind of guy. I enjoy the simple things in life and I am a one woman man, and she gets treated that way. I believe a man and a woman, in order to build a long term lasting relationship, need to forge that on trust and friendship. It is important to like each other as much as you love each other! That is what I am looking for, my best friend and the love of my life. I think that is what we all search for, sometimes we just look in the wrong place, or find the wrong people to try and build that with. Oh, I almost forgot, I love to cook. I am a very good cook. I can make many different dishes and I even bake very well too!!
